📍 Air Vanuatu Domestic Flight Details
- NF240 (VLI - TAH): Departs Port Vila at 11:00 AM, lands in Tanna at 11:40 AM. (*Note: Day 2 airport check-in begins at 10:00 AM).
- NF241 (TAH - VLI): Departs Tanna Island at 12:20 PM, lands in Port Vila at 13:00 PM.
- Important: Due to high demand and limited internal flight seat inventories, itineraries must be fully confirmed at least 7 days prior to departure.
📍 Airport Transfer Counter Directions
- Port Vila Airport (VLI): After clearing customs and exiting the arrivals gate, check in immediately at the Adventures in Paradise counter on the left side.
- Tanna Airport (TAH): Upon exiting the terminal gates, locate the Evergreen resort hospitality staff holding master check-in signs.
📍 Active Volcano & Cave Scheduling Constraints
- Volcano Expeditions: Afternoon tours depart between 14:30 - 15:00; Midnight starry tours depart between 02:30 - 03:00. Exact times are subject to local weather and ash conditions.
- The Blue Cave: Tour departures operate on a morning shift (09:00 AM) or afternoon shift (13:00 PM).
- Punctuality Rule: Please gather at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to all scheduled departures. Local transfer drivers will depart precisely on time; late arrivals will be treated as no-shows without refund.
- Tanna Road Conditions: Due to Tanna island's volcanic terrain, transfers utilize 4WD pickup trucks. Standard group booking seating may require riding in the rear passenger cargo bed seating rows; interior cabin seating requires a private charter upgrade.

- Lowinia Customs: Please do not initiate inappropriate physical contact or take close-up photos without explicit permission, out of respect for the tribal community's traditional lifestyle.
- Marine Safety: Long-sleeve protective rash guards and thick rubber-soled reef shoes are highly recommended to prevent coral scratches or jellyfish stings. Standing on, kicking, or collecting live coral reefs is strictly illegal.
